Get a CD player if you don't like the hum! The hum is only there under quiescent conditions.

The thing is sonically exceptional with a warmness and overall involving musical experience... believe me!! I would reccomend one anyday.

Feeding it with Ortofon 2M Bronze at this time.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16649308338679485575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6297873691688249161.post-89444865410106262822018-10-04T09:28:30.085-07:002018-10-04T09:28:30.085-07:00Thanks for your great review

Was there one in particular you tested here?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17528798221299981340noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6297873691688249161.post-43162061449912338802015-05-20T23:06:08.850-07:002015-05-20T23:06:08.850-07:00Well I used a metal chassis from an old casette de...Well I used a metal chassis from an old casette deck. These can be found on hard rubbish, or second hand markets for $5. Remove the guts of the cassette deck and install the little bear. Install RCA connectors to the chassis and run wires from the RCA to the little bear. Also install a cable gland around your mains power cable. I also put some metal inside the chassis to block where the casette door and VU meters used to be in order to shield it. - Job done. No its not really that easy. It will take some time. It may not look awesome. If you want something that looks good you can buy electronics chassis from ebay but they will cost about $100 landed. I guess you could go to your local metal fabricator and they could also probably make something for you for about $100. At least that would be locally made!Agent 86https://www.blogger.com/profile/09708997392597663524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6297873691688249161.post-58027936942248132062015-05-13T02:43:23.390-07:002015-05-13T02:43:23.390-07:00What was involved in putting the little bear in a ...What was involved in putting the little bear in a box?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06265942488884507473noreply@blogger.com
